While the bill does have issues with it as John mentioned above, it is clear that there are reforms that need to be made to the US Patent System. There are many provisions currently that inhibit economic growth and prosperity as some companies and entrepreneurs are inundated with legal costs due to patent trolls. The bills in Congress are nothing more than a foreign designed and massively funded lobbyist attempt to steal American technology. For example, Lehman's bogus submarine patent issue is a great sound bite, but it does not stand up to scrutiny. If you want more information, check the links on my web page.
